Bay Harbor Islands is small, close, and an easy commute for us — Kane Concourse east to Collins Avenue, then north into Sunny Isles Beach. For Ruth K. Broad / Bay Harbor K-8 families, the after-school drive is short enough that a kids class doesn't disrupt the evening routine.
