Our Adult Kickboxing program is built for everyone — total beginners, busy professionals, and experienced martial artists. Each 60-minute class is a full-body workout that blends authentic kickboxing technique with conditioning, cardio, and pad work. You'll throw real strikes, hit real pads, and leave every session feeling stronger and clearer than when you walked in.
