Tiny Warriors Program

Kids Jiu-JitsuAges 3–4

About This Program

Where the journey starts — playful, high-energy, and built for tiny bodies and big imaginations.

Our Tiny Warriors class is designed specifically for 3 and 4-year-olds who are just starting to explore movement, structure, and social environments. We blend active games, simple jiu-jitsu drills, and playful challenges to build foundational motor skills — coordination, balance, and listening — without overwhelming little ones.

Every 45-minute session is led by coaches who specialize in early-childhood martial arts. We focus on the fundamentals kids this age genuinely need: following directions, taking turns, raising a hand, finding courage in new situations. The jiu-jitsu part comes naturally once those pieces click.

Parents love it because their child comes home a little more focused, a little more confident, and genuinely excited to come back.

Frequently Asked

Can a 3 or 4 year old really do jiu-jitsu?

Yes — our Ages 3–4 program is play-based, using games and movement to build coordination, balance, and the ability to follow instructions. It is the perfect first introduction to the mat.

How long are classes for this age?

Classes are 45 minutes — long enough to learn and burn energy, short enough to match a young child's attention span.

Is it safe for such young children?

Very. There is no striking, and our coaches keep the Ages 3–4 group small, structured, and closely supervised at all times.

What should my child wear to the first class?

Comfortable clothes are fine for a trial. If they continue, we'll help you get a properly sized kids' gi. The first class is free.

Ready to Try a Class?

First class is free. No commitment. We'll reach out to confirm a time that works.
