• Free trial form: name, email, phone, program of interest, preferred class time.
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, and your message.
• Membership freeze / cancellation forms: name, email, phone, member-since date, freeze or cancellation dates, optional reason or comments.
• In-person enrollment: any additional information needed for billing, emergency contact, or waivers.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source. Used for troubleshooting and anonymized analytics.
• Cookies: minimal cookies set by Cloudflare (our host) for security and performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• Videos and embeds: the Site embeds Google Maps and occasional YouTube videos. Those services may set their own cookies per their policies.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on free trial classes.
• To respond to questions submitted through the contact or membership forms.
• To process membership freeze or cancellation requests.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where you become a member, for the duration of your membership plus a reasonable tail for bookkeeping and tax obligations. You can request earlier deletion.

Children

Our kids programs serve students as young as age 3. When a minor participates, we collect information from the parent or guardian who enrolls them. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

The Site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, Content-Security-Policy, and related headers. Payments (if any) are processed by a PCI-compliant third party; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated to members.
