About This Program

Real kickboxing taught safely — confidence, cardio, and focus for kids 8 to 13.

Our Kids Kickboxing program gives 8- to 13-year-olds a proper introduction to striking: stance, footwork, punches, kicks, and pad work. Every class is structured so kids learn real technique in a safe, high-energy environment — no sparring, no injuries, just clean fundamentals.

Each 45-minute session blends technique drills with athletic conditioning: coordination, reaction time, cardiovascular fitness, and core strength. Kids leave sweaty, confident, and proud of what they learned.

Parents love it for the discipline and focus it builds. Kids love it because it's genuinely fun — throwing real punches on real pads is a different kind of confidence than you get from any other sport.
