Our Kids Kickboxing program gives 8- to 13-year-olds a proper introduction to striking: stance, footwork, punches, kicks, and pad work. Every class is structured so kids learn real technique in a safe, high-energy environment — no sparring, no injuries, just clean fundamentals.
Each 45-minute session blends technique drills with athletic conditioning: coordination, reaction time, cardiovascular fitness, and core strength. Kids leave sweaty, confident, and proud of what they learned.
