The full jiu-jitsu curriculum — from foundation to competition. Gi and No-Gi. World-class instruction.
This is the real program. At ages 8 through 12, students are ready for serious training — and we give it to them. The Full Winners Program runs 60 minutes and covers the complete Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum, from foundational positions and escapes to live rolling and competition-specific drills.
Classes are split into two groups by experience level so every student trains with peers at their pace. We cover both Gi and No-Gi, giving young athletes the full toolkit. Our instructors include world-class black belts and competitors who bring elite-level teaching to every session — from first stripes through the blue belt.
Kids who stay with this program don't just get good at jiu-jitsu. They get physically stronger, mentally tougher, and quietly more confident. They learn how to handle pressure, how to lose and come back, and how to earn real results through consistent effort.

Frequently Asked
What will my 8–12 year old learn in jiu-jitsu?
The Ages 8–12 'Full Winners' program teaches real Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — escapes, controls, submissions, and live sparring — alongside discipline, focus, and respect.
Can my child compete?
Yes, if they want to. We prepare 8–12 year olds for local and IBJJF kids tournaments, but competition is always optional — many students train purely for fitness, confidence, and self-defense.
How is jiu-jitsu better than other martial arts for kids?
Unlike striking arts, BJJ is built on leverage and control, so a smaller child can safely handle a larger opponent. That makes it uniquely effective for real self-defense and anti-bullying.
How often are classes for this age group?
The 8–12 program runs up to 6 days a week, so committed kids can train frequently. We recommend starting with 2–3 sessions weekly.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — the first class is free. Book a trial and watch your child train with our world-champion coaching staff in Sunny Isles Beach.
